Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from the United States.
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders of $79.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders under $79.99, the shipping fee is $10.
3. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following day.
During public holidays, order processing will be postponed to the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days. In exceptional circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Return and refund policy
1. Validity Period for Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the product. After this period, no return or exchange request will be accepted.
2. Refund Procedure
The refund will be processed within 1–3 days after confirmation, to the same payment method used (Visa, MasterCard). If there is a delay, please contact us.
3. Shipping Fees
For products with a quality issue, appearance issue, odor, noticeable color difference, or delivery error: return shipping is covered by us.
For returns without reason: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
